About School of Journalism & Mass Communication

Established in 2019, the School of Journalism & Mass Communication provides advanced facilities for students to produce industry grade quality media content. The School of Journalism & Mass Communication offers MA programs that are four semesters long, as well as three-year bachelor’s programs, one-year PG diplomas and one-year diploma programs. We have a stimulating mix of theory and practical projects that are regularly added to meet industry demands. This means you’ll always be employed, which is one of our main goals. The department regularly organizes events where you can find out more about the industry. We provide hands-on workshops, tours of the field and conducting interviews with professionals from related fields. The alumni from this department have been working across different fields from print to electronic media to academia and advertising. One of our main focuses is building a solid foundation for what will become the Smart School of the Future. For instance, we have a smart library with computers and audio-visuals, well-equipped computer lab, smart classrooms.
