ABOUT THE B.Sc. (Fashion Design)
B.Sc. (Fashion Design) is a 3- year undergraduate course in fashion designing, spread over 6 semesters The course covers the study of specialized fields in the area of fashion design, such as accessory and jewellery design, footwear design, garment design, interior design, and leather design.

B.Sc. Fashion Design is a three-year programme focused on fashion fundamentals, garment construction, and design basics. B.Des. Fashion Design is a four-year Honours degree with deeper design training, entrepreneurship, advanced design tools, and a pathway to M.Des.
Graduates can work as fashion designers, fashion illustrators, merchandisers, stylists, retail managers, fashion coordinators, consultants, and fashion journalists. The course also prepares students to launch their own labels through its hands-on pattern making and garment construction training.
AAFT lists placement tie-ups with Zara, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, Satya Paul, Shantanu & Nikhil, and Fabindia. Students also gain exposure through guest lectures by established designers and stylists invited to campus.
B.Sc. Fashion Design at AAFT University runs for three years across six semesters. A four-year B.Sc. (Honours) Fashion Design option is also available for students who want extended, advanced study in the discipline.
