Akshay Marwah is a Delhi-based Educationist who persistently implements advanced managerial strategies to nurture talents at AAFT University in the most efficient manner. An alumnus of London Business School and New York Film School, his young and dynamic approach to education methodologies has become the driving force for the University. He plays a key role in instituting sustainable growth and leveraging deep relationships by combining different business practices. Along with this, he governs the academic matters of the University to ensure that a progressive structure of professional education is established and followed.

Shikha Verma Kashyap is an educationist with doctorate and trained in Leadership and Change Management from IIM Raipur. She takes care of the implementation of the academic strategies and models that are developed centrally in view of overall development of the student who joins the University. She is instrumental in the drives to develop and maintain the curriculum as per the changing industry requirements and advancements to the pedagogy of curriculum delivery to ensure the outcome based learning and aid students at AAFT to achieve their career goals.

Dr. Sadhna Bagchi, PhD, brings extensive expertise in Finance, Accounting, Research, and Management, backed by dual master's degrees in Management and Commerce with a focus on Finance and Accounting. Her research passions include understanding Behavioral Finance, analyzing Time Series data, and exploring Emerging Economic Trends. Dr. Bagchi is a prolific author, having published numerous books and research articles that deeply impact both academic understanding and practical applications in her fields. In her role as associate dean, she plays a vital role in fostering academic excellence and promoting innovation within the institution, benefiting students and faculty alike.

Rajiv Mathur brings over 30 years of extensive leadership experience to his role as the Ombudsperson at AAFT University of Media and Arts. In this position, he is dedicated to ensuring fairness, transparency, and ethical governance throughout the university. Mr. Mathur actively addresses grievances and promotes inclusive practices, reinforcing AAFT's commitment to integrity in education and fostering a supportive environment for all students and staff. In parallel, he plays a significant role at the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), where he is instrumental in establishing and nurturing cultural and film collaborations with over 70 nations. His efforts not only enhance global artistic exchange but also contribute to a deeper understanding of diverse cultures. Through his role Mr. Mathur exemplifies a steadfast commitment to ethical practices and cross-cultural dialogue in the realm of education and the arts.
