ABOUT THE B.Sc. (Interior Design)
The B.Sc. (Interior Design) program is a 3-year integrated degree with an additional year for advanced research and learning that trains students in the complete interior design process—from spatial planning and conceptual development to material application, detailing, and execution. The program emphasizes hands-on studio learning, design projects, and industry-led workshops that build strong creative, technical, and professional skills.
AAFT offers dedicated design studios, material and finish labs, lighting and furniture design facilities, and industry-standard software tools where students develop residential, commercial, and hospitality interior projects as part of their academic journey. Industry mentorship, site visits, live projects, and design showcases provide practical exposure and professional insight.
The program comprises 128 credits, with an honors option of 168 credits for students seeking advanced specialization and enhanced career readiness in interior design and allied fields.
