Master Class
The VOX Campus Club at AAFT University hosted a masterclass on 16 July 2025 titled “Empowering Minds: Navigating the Info‑Landscape through Media Literacy Innovation.” Featuring Dr. Neelatphal Chanda from Christ University, the session emphasized critical media awareness—distinguishing fact from misinformation, understanding digital platform influence, and applying analytical frameworks like SIFT to evaluate credibility. Through real‑world examples, students actively engaged with questions on fake news detection, algorithmic bias, and ethical journalism. Conducted under SOJMC faculty guidance, the event reinforced media literacy’s role in cultivating informed, responsible media professionals.
