A quick primer on shopping for male enhancement supplements. This is a PG-13 shopping guide in what to look for in the general classes of ingredients. There are no specific products nor ingredients promoted in this video clip.

I produced it to help clear some of the air on a very confusing and a heavily marketed industry. Therefore I was only able to briefly cover a few of the many potential supplements and the mechanisms of action. Keep in mind we also did not cover the many of the hidden environmental antagonists, due to time constraints.

Later on I will cover products for women, in the same format (clean and un-intimidating).
