  • The Kitchen is equipped with modern tools for both, Training Kitchen and Bakery section to provide in-depth training of Culinary Arts.

Food & Beverage Service Lab

 
  • The lab is design in such a way that resembles a star graded hotel restaurant with luxurious seating arrangements.
  • 20 Plus Pax sitting arrangement | Service station | Bar set up | Music System | All sorts of cutlery- Crockery, Hollowware, Glassware & more.
  • The fully-equipped service lab provides students first-hand exposure of the industry.

  • This training lab is designed to provide students a platform for learning techniques and art of front desk operations.
  • It is equipped with world time clocks, GRE desk, lounge area, bell desk and other modern facilities.
